Orphan101 - Propa - Apple Pips 014

a. Propa
b. Disemble

"Applepips present two electro-reinforced steppers from Bristol's Orphan101, including the immense 'Disemble'. With a brilliant appreciation for space and silence, this shocking B-side deploys startling darkside detonations and electromagnetic EBM pulses to completely make our day. Can't wait to hear this played on a big system!!! The flipside 'Propa' is a more restrained creature built with radar bleeps, fluttering electronica tones and a minimised, fluid post-dubstep skip enhanced with quaking subs." Boomkat

Ryo Murakami - Underworld - Baud Music 04

A1 - Underworld
A2 - Night Dew
B1 - Closer
B2 - Fog

"Mysterious shadows, sensual formations and intransparent depths rewrite the fourth baud release of Ryo Murakami from Tokyo. The A-side is launched by the title track “Underworld”, which is evident in an appealing soundscape by classical and contemporary dub elements. Also on the front side is the playful “Night dew”. Swirled iridescent synths attend to the atmospheric and unexplored morning dew.“Closer” opens the B-side with a gentle, bubbling acidline that rounds off the background with jacking swinging moments,Like an enchanted, dark veil “Fog” appears on the back side, by building up strings into unsearchable depths." Krystal Klear - Tried For Your Love - All City ACKK12x1

1 - Tried For Your Love
2 - Boogie Wan
3 - Dekryptic
4 - Tried For Your Love (Hudson Mohawke remix)

"Fresh boogie-house heat from man-of-the-moment Krystal Klear, currently on a mission with tracks out for Hoya:Hoya, Dub Organizer, and now All City. Backed up with a Hudson Mohawke remix, 'Tried For Love' enters that dreamy late '80s zone with sparkling plastic synths and swung soul rhythms while 'Boogie Wan' slips into romantical mode with a slow jam for the lovers. 'Dekryptic' is the one you need to watch out for though, bringing it pure '86 styles with full-on soul-controlling synth licks. Out on his own tip entirely, Hudson Mohawke's remix opens into electro-acoustic boogie business before dropping into a Haç-ready piano-house bomb." Boomkat

Marcello Napoletano & I.F.M - Renegade Roots - Bosconi 014

1 - Marcello Napoletano - Noise is the cure
2 - Marcello Napoletano - Summer rain
3 - I.F.M - World is changed
4 - I.F.M - I.F.M Roots

"Marcello Napoletano and I.F.M. are probably the most representative and respected italianhouse music producers right now. This new record named as "Renegade Roots" represents a further evolution of their own vision of house music, something that brings. The A side begins with “Noise is the Cure” ending with “Summer Rain” , 2 tracks with almost the same soundphilosophy, filtered, dirty, analog percussive and futuristic chicagoish dubbed out house. The B side instead has got an oldschool feel where "World is change" goes more misterious, spiritual and jazzy and "IFM roots" get inspiration by a more classic and aggressive Dance Mania sound." Malcom Moore/Chicago Skyway/Steve Tang/Specter - The Pancake Sessions - Altered Moods Recordings Amr-25

"Altered Moods Recordings’ 20th release, “The Pancake Sessions” sets the mood for post-clubbing cool-down by joining chief label director Malcolm Moore with three of Chicago’s hottest, most underrated producers.
Joining Mr. Moore in bringing delicious deep house goodness in this release are Steven Tang, owner of Emphasis Recordings and up-and-coming dance music wunderkind, with releases on Aesthetic Audio, Generator Music and Machining Dreams, Sean “Chicago Skyway” Hernandez, who’s recently had can’t-miss joints on the Eargasmic Recordings and Uzuri Recordings labels, and Andres “Specter” Ordonez, who runs Tetrode Music, and has had a number of stellar EPs on bellwether imprints such as Sistrum Recordings, Downbeat and Deep Explorer Music. This quartet of seasoned musicians effortlessly lays down your early-to-late morning grooves with “The Pancake Sessions.”
Moore starts things off right with “Red Eyes and Blueberries,” an essential late night jam for the dancefloor stragglers who just can’t get enough of the beat. With its driving bassline, lush filtered pads and strings, and uncomplicated rhythms, DJs will enjoy having this secret weapon in their record bag to top off the night. Chicago Skyway brings another stomper to the mix with “Pilsen Sunrise,” an ultra deep expedition into the Chicago sound.
On the other side of the pancake, Specter makes his head-nodding goodness an essential part of your morning with “Short Stack,” a laid-back, subtly-shifting number complete with thick, syrupy strings, an even thicker bassline and percussion straight out of Huck Finn’s Diner. Last, but never least, Tang sends you home full and satisfied with "Over Easy." A luxurious yet down-to-earth affair with warm, analogue pads and tight drum work." Mi2n

Andy Blake - Cave Paintings 2 - CP2

A1 - 2x
B1 - 2y

"Andy Blake gets back to basics with a 2nd installment of his all-analogue, hardware-powered 'Cave Paintings' workouts. The vibe is meaningfully rough and ready, the A-side capturing a locked-in drum machine pattern and mental reversed synthline synced in tangled, captivating copulations, whereas the flipside gets loose with proper Chicago-meets-UK jack patterns harking back to classic Baby Ford for that body-hypnotic groove. Most notably, all his sounds have a deep and rugged fidelity distinguishing his style from lesser operators." Boomkat

Jacob Korn/Cuthead/C-Beams/Credit 00 - Uncanny Valley 002

1 - Jacob Korn - Dance Away (feat Kelli Hand)
2 - Cuthead - The Sinner
3 - C-Beams - Thumbling
4 - Credit 00 - Wave Memory

"Uncanny Valley entered the secene with a bang... and here they continue with an even bigger release! Jacob Korn ft Kelli Hand delivers a massive track... seriously!! C-beams (a collab between Break SL and Sandrow M), Credit 00 and Cuthead might not ring a bell... but they all come up with surprising and solid tracks that stand out! True quality house music from Dresden's Uncanney Valley scene!" Clone

A1 - Obscur (Claro Intelecto remix)
A2 - Jade
A3 - AW08
B1 - SS09 (Yuji Kondo & Katsunori Sawa/Steven Porter remix)
B2 - Seda Muerta

"Great deep electronical techno tracks on the limited Semantica label. After the crazy Instra:mental release here's part Y of Semantica 018 (the fourth 018 version), and probably our favourite with the exciting Claro Intelecto remix and the amazing Autechre-esque techno track AW08." Clone
